San Alfredo Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85258 and legally described as: Lot 57, of GAINEY VILLAGE VILLAS, according to Book 448 of Maps, Page 9, records of Maricopa County, Arizona. 3. Plaintiff and said Defendant shall each bear their own fees and costs as to each other.
