1. Plaintiff may obtain a judgment on the subject real property consistent with the relief prayed for in the Complaint, provided no money judgment is taken against Defendant AHFPFC. 2. The interests of Defendant AHFPFC herein are subordinate to the interests of Plaintiff. 3. Nothing in this judgment affects or otherwise interferes with Defendant AHFPFC's priority position as to other lien holders, and all excess funds after the Bailey Commons Condominium Associations lien has been paid will be subject to distribution pursuant to applicable law. 4. Plaintiff will provide Defendant AHFPC with a copy of any Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure, and Notice of Sheriffs Sale issued in this matter. 5. Each party will bear their own costs and attorney fees incurred in this action as addressed by the May 21, 2019 correspondence.
