Welcome to Judge James R. Knapp’s Division, CRJ26. Trials and hearings will be held in South Court Tower Courtroom 7B.

Please feel free to email us or call the division phone number to inquire about the status of a ruling. Occasionally motions are not routed to the correct division, so if the time for a response has elapsed and you haven't received a timely decision please contact us.
Trial Schedule
Trials begin at 10:30 a.m. with a lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and a midafternoon break at 3:00 p.m. No trials are held on Fridays. Jurors can choose to deliberate on Fridays, though, so the attorneys may need to be available for any questions or a verdict.
