Please feel free to email us at crj26@jbazmc.maricopa.gov or call the division phone number to inquire about the status of a ruling. Occasionally motions are not routed to the correct division, so if the time for a response has elapsed and you haven't received a timely decision please contact us.
Trial Schedule
Trials begin at 10:30 a.m. with a lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and a midafternoon break at 3:00 p.m. No trials are held on Friday. Jurors can deliberate on Fridays, though, so the attorneys need to be available for any questions or a verdict.
