Motion Practice The Court may set motion cut-off deadlines in order to avoid receiving untimely requests. If a motion deadline is not set, a party must file a motion with enough time to allow for a response and a reply at the minimum.Trial Practice and Protocol
Joint Pre-Trial Memo and/or Conference; Exhibits and Objections Parties must communicate with the division regarding exhibits at least one week before a trial or evidentiary hearing. The Court does not expect to receive exhibits for marking on the day of trial.
