Pre-Trial Practice and Management IssuesMotion Practice • This Office receives Default and Garnishment Packets in hard copy. Other matters are typically filed electronically. Motions should be single subject. Motions and orders must be attached; otherwise the Court will reject the materials as a violation of applicable rules. • Oral Arguments are requested by motion and scheduled with the Judicial Assistant. Counsel may present as desired on oral argument, knowing intervening questions will be voiced as needed.
