Superior Court SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

A SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY is used when you want a person to act on your behalf in specific situations only.

ATTENTION: Use the Special Power of Attorney forms on this page only if the following factors apply to your situation:

You are 18 years of age or older, AND
You live in Arizona, AND
You are of sound mind, AND
You want to give another adult authority to act on your behalf in specific situations only such as a one-time business transaction of a specific sale of real personl property.

These forms may not meet the legal requirements for states other than Arizona. If you need a Special Power of Attorney to be valid in another state, you should check with an attorney that practices in that state to ensure the Special Power of Attorney will be valid.
