The Maricopa County Superior Court offers several services to assist families who are involved in a Family Court case.

Family Court Department General Information

Conciliation Services offers conciliation counseling, child custody and parenting time mediation and other services to assist parties with parenting issues.
Decree on Demand offers parties a quicker more streamlined process to finalize a default or uncontested dissolution.
Early Resolution Conference assists self-represented parties in fully resolving as many issues in a case prior to setting the matter for trial.
Family Court Conference Center allows public access to the courts for the establishment, modification and enforcement of court orders.
Family Lawyers Assistance Project (F.L.A.P) arranges half hour consultations with volunteer attorneys for people who are representing themselves in Family Court Cases.
Orders of Protection are available to persons who feel they are in danger or need protection for another person.
Parent Information Program for families involved in divorce and/or custody disputes.
Settlement Conference/Alternative Dispute Resolution supports a wide range of alternative programs to assist parties in settling pending court disputes without resorting to trial.
