Part 1 of 3:

NOTE: "Permanent" guardianship is the "regular" or "normal" guardianship; the phrase "permanent guardianship" is used because it is the term used in the statute.
Part 2 of 3:
Service and Notice of the Court Hearing - These files contain court forms and instructions to serve and give notice of a petition for permanent appointment of a guardian for a minor.

Preparing for and Attending the Court Hearing - These files contain court forms and instructions to prepare for and attend the court hearing on a permanent appointment of a guardian for a minor, and what to do AFTER the court hearing.
