  • Change Child Support - Simplified Process - You may use this process if you have completed a new Parents Worksheet for Child Support and it shows a change of 15% or more from the current amount OR if you have been served with a simplified modification petition and want to object*. Use the free Online Child Support Calculator to produce a new Worksheet.
  • Change Child Support By Agreement - You may use this process to request a change in child support if BOTH parties will provide their notarized signatures on an Agreement to Modify Child Support*.
* If your child support order is NOT from Arizona, you must modify child support in the state the order is from unless:

A.) you register the child support order in Arizona AND the Court finds that:
  1. neither the child(ren), the individual paying child support or the individual receiving child support lives in the issuing state;
  2. the other party is subject to the personal jurisdiction of this state; or
  3. Arizona is the state of residence of the child(ren) and the individual parties have consented to Arizona modifying the child support order and having ongoing jurisdiction over child support.
