Change Child Support - Simplifed Process - You may use this process if you have completed a new Parents Worksheet for Child Support and it shows a change of 15% or more from the current amount. Use the free Online Child Support Calculator to produce a new Worksheet.
Change Child Support - Standard Process - You may use this process to request a change in child support due to a “substantial and continuing change in circumstances”.
Change Child Support By Agreement - You may use this process to request a change in child support if BOTH parties will provide their notarized signatures on an Agreement to Modify Child Support. Note: A representative of DCSE must also sign if the State of Arizona is a party.
Change Spousal Maintenance OR Change Spousal Maintenance and Child Support - Standard Process - You may use this process to request a change in spousal maintenance (alimony) or spousal maintenance and child support due to a “substantial and continuing change in circumstances”. Note: The current court order must say that spousal maintenance can be changed for the court to have the power to order a change.
