ATTENTION: Use the forms on this page only if the following factors apply to your situation:

• You have filed a Petition or Complaint for a matter in court, and now you want to have the other party served with the court papers, AND
• You do not know where the other party is, AND
• You have tried very hard to find out, AND
• You are prepared to say under oath what you did to try to find out where the other party is, AND
• You realize that because you cannot find the other party, the court cannot enter any order about child support or spousal support, or for any monetary relief, which means the court will not order the other party to pay you money for anything.
