ATTENTION: You may use the forms and instructions on this page if...

• You want to complete a “Parents Worksheet” to calculate Child Support, AND,
• You are unable or do not wish to use the free online child support calculator at: http://ecourt.maricopa.gov
• You would rather use the 37 pages of Arizona Child Support Guidelines and instructions and do the math yourself than use the free online calculator.

Using the on-line calculator is highly recommended.

• The online calculator asks questions; you enter the numbers that answer the questions and it does the math for you.
• You do not need to consult the 37 pages of Child Support Guidelines and other instruction documents to use the online calculator.
• The online calculator produces a neat and more accurate “Parents Worksheet” and child support calculation.

Using the online calculator is FREE (access to the Internet and a printer required). If you do not have access to the Internet and/or a printer, you may use the computers at all Superior Court Self-Service Center locations for free and print out the Parents Worksheet produced by the online calculator as well. There is a small, per-page charge for printing.

Packets contain ALL forms and ALL instructions needed for this process. Where there are separate packets for Instructions and Forms, get BOTH packets.
