SSC: To Get the Paternity Order

Superior Court TO GET THE PATERNITY ORDER

ATTENTION: Use the forms on this page if the following factors apply to your situation:

You or the other party filed a Petition to Establish paternity, Legal Decision Making (Custody), parenting time and child support, AND,
You (and the other party if you are proceeding by consent) have completed the court papers about Legal Decision Making (Custody), parenting time and child support, AND,
You are ready to complete the court papers about the final order, AND,
You are going to a default hearing, or you both agree on the settlement terms of the court case, or you are going to a trial on what you disagree about.
