• You have a court order about child custody, parenting time, child support, AND,
• Both parents agree that you want to have the court order changed, AND,
• The children resided (lived) in Arizona at least 6 months before you file the agreement or you talked to a lawyer who advised you that even so you could pursue the case in Arizona.
