You have a current court order from this State (Arizona) or from any other state that says you are entitled to the physical custody of the minor child or children, AND,
The child is presently in the physical custody (essentially "possession") of the other party without your consent and without lawful authority and the other party has failed to return the child to you, AND ,
The child(ren) is currently or will be in the State of Arizona and you know how to find/locate the child(ren).
