• You and your spouse have no minor children with each other AND the wife is not pregnant by the husband or will not be pregnant by the husband before the divorce is over AND,

• You are going to a default hearing, or you have filed the papers to get a default divorce without a hearing, or both parties have signed the document consenting to the divorce (Consent Decree papers), or you are going to trial.
