Superior Court >Probate And Mental Health Probate Case Processing Filing Locations Forms are available for pickup at one of the four Self-Service Centers located below: Downtown Phoenix, Northeast, Southeast and Northwest. All of the following locations will accept the filing of Probate paperwork with the exception that all adult adoption matters must be filed in Downtown Phoenix.
