• Calendar Clerks who operate as the customer service wing of the department. They set Probate Court hearing dates, operate the department’s general information line, and assist the public with any additional requests for court-related information; in person and by telephone;
• Judicial Clerks who assist in the processing of minute entries and public inquiries and Probate Examiners who review filed documents to ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and court orders.
