Court Departments conduct workshops of classes to help individuals with various court processes. Below is information regarding the classes or workshops offered by the respective departments.

Family Workshops
The Law Library Resource Center conducts free workshops for completing forms for the following processes:
  • Establishment of Paternity, Legal Decision Making (Custody), Parenting Time and Child Support
  • Modification of Child Support (Standard Process)
  • How to Prepare a Default Decree
  • Divorce Process

Probate Workshops
The Probate Department conducts free workshops for the Conservator's Annual Accounting. These workshops are currently unavailable. Please check back for future dates. The Probate Department also has online tutorial videos and manuals you can view on Guardianship and Accounting.
Restoration of Civil Rights Workshop
Workshops to assist individuals with completing paperwork to restore civil rights or reduce a class 6 undesignated felony to a misdemeanor are provided by the Office of the Public Advocate. Workshops are held the second Wednesday of the following months: January, April, July, and October. Help is available from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Workshops are held at 1024 E. Buckeye Rd., 2nd Floor, Phoenix 85034 - follow the signs. Seating is limited.
