Qualifications
Eligibility for inclusion on the Court’s parent conference provider registry is determined by the Court. All providers must meet the minimum qualifications listed below:

A. Master’s Degree in Marital and Family Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field and three (3) years of postgraduate experience in family counseling, mediation/negotiation or Legal Decision Making assessment/evaluation.

B. In accordance with A.R.S. § 25-406, provide proof that they have received training, since July 1, 2006, that meets the minimum standards prescribed by the Domestic Relations Committee, established pursuant to A.R.S. § 25-323.02 as follows:
