Learn to use the Library's Free Westlaw Classic Patron Access
| Learn what's available on Westlaw Classic Patron Access, how to find a case with a legal citations, how to use Natural Language to search for cases and legal information, how to print or save. This is a one hour class for the general public. Basic computer skills (mouse and keyboard) are required. This class is approved for 1 hour of Continuing Education by the Private Process Server Program, Administrative Office of the Courts. |

Advanced Westlaw Classic Patron Access
| Learn to improve research efficiency with Terms & Connectors, use the Custom Digest feature to find the cases you need, along with Table of Contents and index "browse," locate in results, copy with Ref., file and print and other handy tools. This is a 1.5 hour class designed for students who want to enhance their basic Westlaw searching skills. The class is approved for 1.5 hours AZCLDP Business Management Continuing Education Credit and may qualify for 1.5 hours of CLE credit. (Five attorneys must attend for this to qualify for Interactive CLE credit pursuant to State Bar of Arizona MCLE Regulation 101 (G).) |
