Juvenile Probation >Administration Administrative Services Bureau The Administrative Services Bureau provides a variety of functions and services which support the entire Juvenile Probation Department, as well as the Juvenile Court. The Bureau is comprised of three distinct Divisions; Budget and Finance, Research and Planning, and Staff Development.

In addition to the three Divisions mentioned above, the Administrative Services Bureau is responsible for Policy and Procedure development and annual revision. Staff is currently in the process of thoroughly reviewing all Departmental policies, procedures and directives, and updating and organizing them. They have been working with Court Technology Services (CTS) to develop a centralized location on the Juvenile Probation website where all staff can access the current documents.

Finally, Bureau staff coordinates the procurement and assignment equipment to Departmental employees and collaborates with Facilities Management staff regarding a variety of facility issues.
