Jury Services The United States Constitution and the Arizona State Constitution guarantee the right to trial by jury. All Maricopa County residents are obligated by state law to serve as a juror unless they are under the age of 18, not a citizen, do not possess sufficient knowledge of the English language, and/or have been convicted of a felony and their civil rights have not been restored. This site has been designed to help you answer any questions you may have regarding jury service, and to allow you to qualify/confirm your jury service.

However, this site does not allow you to disqualify, excuse, or request a 2nd postponement.
Please arrive at the garage at least 30 minutes prior to your check-in time. Jurors who are late will not be accepted, will receive a failure to appear summons and must return in in 60 – 90 days.
