Judicial Biographies >Justices Of The Peace Justice of the Peace Michael W. Orcutt, Arcadia Biltmore Precinct W. Orcutt has served as the Justice of the Peace for the Arcadia Biltmore Justice Court precinct since first being elected in 1989.

After joining the bench, Judge Orcutt was selected by the Arizona Supreme Court to serve on the statewide Victim Rights Implementation Program. He also was chosen by the Supreme Court to help set the curriculum and train the instructors in the Limited Jurisdiction Judges Mandatory Increased Jurisdiction program. He has been a mentor judge for new members of the bench and also has served as an instructor in the Supreme Court’s Limited Jurisdiction Judges training program.

He earned his bachelor’s of science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1967. He also is a graduate of the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada and the Arizona Judicial College, Legal Institute.
